Gt50 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document outlines the terms governing the use of the gt50 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any services on this platform.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the gt50 platform, you agree to be bound by the entirety of the Terms & Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the gt50 platform.
Acceptance of these terms is final and legally binding upon clicking the "Register" button or accessing your account for the first time. Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using this platform.
Gt50 reserves the right to amend, update, or supplement these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on gt50. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without warning. You must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information at the time of registration.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password. gt50 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
Users agree not to use the gt50 platform for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity. The use of automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform is strictly prohibited.
Users are not permitted to share accounts, transfer account ownership to another party, or use someone else's account. Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities on the platform will result in immediate account termination.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct
The gt50 platform is provided solely for lawful personal entertainment. Users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the platform:
- Distributing unlawful, obscene, or defamatory content against any party through the platform
- Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the stability of the platform's systems
- Abusing bonuses or promotions through unauthorised methods such as opening multiple accounts
- Using the platform for any unlawful financial transactions
- Installing or distributing malware or viruses through the platform
- Engaging in any form of fraud or misrepresentation against gt50 or other users
- Behaving rudely or disrupting the experience of other users
Any breach of the above rules grants gt50 the right to suspend or terminate your account, withhold any remaining balance, and pursue legal action where necessary.
Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the gt50 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment details provided are accurate and belong to them. gt50 does not accept payments from third parties on behalf of users.
Successful deposits are credited to your account upon confirmation by the payment provider. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the user's name — transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
Gt50 reserves the right to request additional identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding certain thresholds. This is a protective measure to safeguard your account and ensure regulatory compliance. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in your withdrawal being delayed.
Any disputes relating to a transaction must be reported to the gt50 support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Late reports may not be able to be processed.
- Currency: Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only
- Methods: DuitNow, GrabPay, internet banking
- Withdrawals to a registered account in the user's name
- KYC verification may be required
- Disputes: report within 30 days
- Third-party transactions are not accepted
Limitation of Liability, Account Suspension & Intellectual Property
Gt50 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or game outcomes. Use of the platform is entirely at the user's own risk. In all cases, gt50's maximum liability is limited to the net deposit amount made by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Gt50 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user who violates these terms, without prior notice. If an account is closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Users may close their own account at any time by contacting gt50 customer support.
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and materials on the gt50 platform are the exclusive property of gt50 or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from gt50.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

The gt50 platform may contain links or integrations with third-party service providers such as payment processors and game suppliers. gt50 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of such third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions.

Gt50 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. We encourage users to check this page periodically for the latest updates. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
